People are different in their views and ideas and opinions. Ones convictions can differ even from family members. Likes and dislikes for everyone is individual. We would not have a racetrack, or the variety we have in picking cars and houses if it were not for that. Individuality is important and should be respected. I believe in God, you may not, and that is your, as well as, my privilege. Everyone should be respected no matter how they choose to live as long as they are following the law and not hurting anyone.
This site was built, in the hope we could all come together and agree that all people, from everywhere, with all beliefs, should have the common decency of a place they can feel safe. Can you imagine a loved family member, of yours, living in the streets and getting attacked, needing hospitalization fairly regularly just because they have nowhere to live? That is what is happening everyday to someone’s sister, child, brother, mother, father, cousin, uncle, aunt nephew and niece. Help me put an end to this kind of suffering.
